These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pyramid Solitaire: Big Cards. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pyramid Solitaire: Big Cards on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Free trial

New subscribers get their first week of Pyramid Solitaire Plus free. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends, the subscription starts and your account is charged the monthly price. Each Apple ID or Google account can take the free trial once.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Pyramid Solitaire: Big Cards offers Pyramid Solitaire Plus, an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the app's premium features. The plans currently offered are:

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a game played for fun: no money is wagered and there are no prizes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version always applies, with its effective date shown above.
