The Company makes efforts to protect information provided by Site users, while taking measures intended to protect personal information security and user privacy. However, although these measures reduce the risk of unauthorized access to the Company's computers and/or computers of anyone on its behalf, they do not provide absolute security. F. Types of Information
The information collected may include, among other things: full name, phone, email, address, order details, Site usage data, IP address, and browsing data. This information is collected and processed for service provision, improving user experience, and contact with the user.
G. Purchase Terms for Products and/or Services, Online Store, and Return Policy
The online store is an electronic site for selling Company products and/or services and/or products and/or services of third parties that cooperate with the Company (the "Products"). When the Site user purchases products and/or services offered for sale on the Site, the user agrees to these terms, including the online-store terms (the "Purchase" or "Order").
Purchasing products in the online store is possible subject to all of the following conditions:
- The Site user is an adult, 18 or older, or a corporation lawfully incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel.
- The Site user provided an active email address during purchase. By providing the email address, the user confirms that the Company and/or anyone on its behalf may send messages related to orders according to the details provided by the user.
- For the avoidance of doubt, sending an email message does not constitute proof that any action was performed.
- Purchase is by credit card only.
- Use of a credit card during the order must be made only by the card owner. If the user is a corporation, the card must belong to the corporation and the Site user must be authorized under law and/or an agreement with the corporation and/or card issuer to place the order in the relevant transaction amount.
- The credit card used for purchase must be valid, issued by a recognized credit-card company, and the credit-card company must approve the purchase.
- During purchase, the user will be required to enter the requested details, including first name, last name, identity number or company name and number, phone, address, postal code, email, and payment-method details. Additional details may be required, as shown on the Site. The user confirms that the details entered for the purchase are correct, complete, and accurate, and agrees that providing personal details for the purchase is done voluntarily and with consent. If the user is a corporation, this is done with the corporation's authorization.
- If provided details are incorrect or inaccurate, the Company cannot guarantee completion of the purchase.
- The user declares and confirms that knowingly providing false details may constitute a criminal offense, and that civil and criminal legal measures, including claims for damages caused to the Company, may be taken against those who submit false details.
- Product and/or service sales are made at a fixed price in advance until stock runs out. If, after a product and/or service is sold, it turns out to be out of stock, the Company will notify the user within three business days and allow the user to choose between an alternative purchase or cancellation.
- After purchase, the Company and/or anyone on its behalf will check credit-card details with the appropriate credit-card company. After approval is received, an email message will be sent to the user according to the details provided during order.
- The transaction is valid only after the Company and/or anyone on its behalf receives approval from the credit-card company for charging, according to the procedures agreed between them and the relevant credit-card company, and subject to the product and/or service being in stock. If the transaction is not approved by the credit-card company, a message will be displayed to the user and the order will be considered not placed.
- Order delivery dates will be counted only from the date the credit-card company approves the transaction.
- The user agrees that receipts, tax invoices, and any other computerized document will be delivered to the email address provided during order.
- The Company and/or anyone on its behalf will provide products and/or services purchased through the Site to the address in Israel indicated by the user during order.
- Shipping services will be provided through Israel Post and/or a courier company.
- The Company will act to provide products and/or services according to the conditions and shipping prices stated on the Site during order.
- Payment for shipping will be made by credit card and added to product payment. Shipping payment cannot be canceled for any reason.
- Product delivery date is according to the relevant courier company's terms, with delivery-day counting beginning on the day the credit-card company approves the transaction.
- The Company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible for any delay in delivery and/or non-delivery caused by incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete details provided by the user during order. The Company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by force majeure and/or events outside their control, including strikes and shutdowns.
- A transaction may be canceled according to law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and regulations under it.
Cancellation of a transaction must be made by written request to the Company at the Company's email address listed below. After receiving the cancellation notice, the Company will refund the customer within 14 days from receiving written cancellation notice for the product price stated in the order and paid by the customer.
- The Company and/or anyone on its behalf may cancel all or part of a transaction if a clerical error occurred in the offer, whether in the service price or description; in case of force majeure, wartime activity, and/or hostile events preventing continued transaction performance; or if the Company discovers that the transaction and/or sale involved illegal activity by the user and/or anyone on their behalf.
- If events outside the Company's control delay and/or prevent full or partial performance of the transaction, the Company may cancel the engagement with the Site user in whole or in part.
- Notice of purchase cancellation will be given to the user by phone and/or in writing to the email address provided during purchase. In that case, the purchase will be canceled and the Company will refrain from charging the user's credit card and/or refund any amount paid for the product, if paid, and the user will have no claim, suit, or demand of any kind against the Company and/or anyone on its behalf for cancellation of the order.
- In any return, exchange, and/or cancellation, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- The Company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the Site user and/or anyone on their behalf and/or any third party as a result of use, purchase, or transaction not according to these terms.
H. Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Company will avoid, as much as possible, transferring Site users' personal information and details to third parties where that information identifies the user personally, except in the following cases:
- When information about the Site user is received on the Company's Site and published by the user on their own initiative.
- If the Company finds that the user's actions violate the Terms of Use, violate law, constitute fraud, or are an attempt to perform such actions, the Company may provide any required information.
- If the Company and/or anyone on its behalf receives a court order instructing disclosure of the information to a third party.
- The Company may use any information in its possession in any dispute, claim, suit, demand, or other legal proceeding, if any, between the Site user and/or anyone on their behalf and the Company and/or anyone on its behalf.
- In any case where the Company believes that sharing the information may prevent bodily or property damage of any kind.
- When the Site user participates in third-party content activities or joint activities of the Company and a third party displayed on the Company's Site.
- If the Company transfers its activity and/or merges with another entity, the Company may transfer and/or copy all information stored on the Site to another institution, at its discretion. It may also transfer and/or copy to the new institution any personal and statistical information about Site users, provided that the new institution accepts this Privacy Policy.
- The Company does not sell personal information to third parties.
Any third party receiving information must use it according to law and only for the purposes for which it was provided.

The Company will not be responsible for content of third-party sites reached through links and is not responsible for any result caused by using them. The Company reserves the right to remove links and/or refrain from adding links and/or referrals to third-party sites at its sole discretion.
Any engagement between the user and third parties is the responsibility of the user and the relevant third party only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will have no responsibility for such engagement and will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused, if caused, by use of and/or reliance on any Third-Party Content appearing on the Company's Site.

The Site user undertakes to indemnify the Company, its employees, managers, and anyone on its behalf for any demand, claim, damage, loss, loss of profit, payment, or expense caused to any of them, directly or indirectly, including attorney fees and court expenses, due to breach of these Terms of Use and/or breach of law by the user and/or any third-party claim or demand, including but not limited to content submitted by the user and/or links created by the user.
K. General
The Company may close the Site and/or change its structure, appearance, and availability of services and content from time to time and at any time, without prior notice. The user and/or anyone on their behalf will have no claim, suit, or demand against the Company regarding this or regarding Site malfunctions caused by such changes. The Company does not undertake that the Site service will be uninterrupted, provided regularly without interruptions or disruptions, immune from unlawful access to user computers, or free of damages, malfunctions, failures, hardware failures, software failures, failures in the Company's or suppliers' communication lines, or any other harm.
